A rarity - a white wine from the Côte de Nuits - 50% Chardonnay and 50% Pinot Blanc. Brilliant, pale gold in color with green reflections. A rich floral nose of white flowers, honey, and ripe citrus freshness. Firm and rich on the palate, white peach and elderflower add to the complexity. A hint of saltiness, typical of Pinot Blanc, makes a perfect partner to shellfish.
