Excellent 1er cru from the ideally situated plot south of Nuits, with old vine intensity.
Nose of ripe but fresh red and black fruits. Palate of fresh wild strawberries, cherry and raspberry, with some mint freshness and fine tannins.
Will only continue to improve over time, but good to drink younger with slow cooked red meats or feathered game, as tannins and fruit are nicely balanced.
