A blend of 4 village plots, the wine is vinified in half stainless steel and half oak barrels with only 10% new with a very light toasting to avoid any wood flavours. The first glass, mouth filling and creamy, changes significantly to steely straightness by the last.
Pale gold with green highlights. An attractive bouquet of citrus freshness, pineapple and orange blossom. Flavours of peach and ripe pear - present in warmer years. Mouthfilling and creamy becoming straight and mineral with a hint of lemongrass on the finish. Complex with good length but more restrained and fresh feel than the 2019
