Fermentation starts naturally, and with minimal intervention the wine rests on fine lees for a year. The dry season gave only a tiny production of 1200 bottles.
Brilliant golden yellow with a rich nose and palette of small stoned fruit, peach, pineapple and a hint of buttered bread. Fresh and direct with defined minerality, perfectly balanced by fatness and opulence. Excellent length.
